ENZ 100 – The $10,000 Virtual Wholesale Deal Case Study

This is a very special episode of Escaping The Real Estate Investing Newbie Zone podcast, because we finally hit 100 episodes. So I wanted to do something a little different and provide a case study of a deal that just closed. This was a deal done in a virtual market that I rarely wholesale in. I still have contacts out there, so in this episode I’m going to talk about how this lead came to me, how I found the buyer and even some issues we ran into with the title.
