ENZ 117 – Could This Be The End Of Direct Mail?

In this episode of Escaping The REI Newbie Zone Chris talks about the new wave of marketing that could potentially wipe out the old ways of Direct Mail marketing. It’s a fact that Direct Mail marketing has always been one of the top ways to get leads and find good real estate deals. Especially if you’re targeting private homeowners. But with the growing of the internet we’re starting to see new waves of marketing that is pulling in some great results.

We’re talking about Facebook advertising. Now unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Facebook is the number one social media site in the world. And it’s broken records last quarter with over a 1.8 billion monthly active users. So it’s safe to say you and everybody’s momma has a Facebook.

So how can you use Facebook to find deals? Well that’s what we talk about in this episode. You’ll learn the ad creative, ad types, budgets, as well as how we’re targeting them. Also I talk about our upcoming bootcamp where I’ll be holding a class on how to get this setup.  The best thing you don’t have to be a techie in order to do it.

ENZ 110 – The BIG Mental Paradigm Shift That Will Make Your More Successful

In this episode of Escaping The REI Newbie Zone, Chris Bruce talks about his two experiences while traveling to Houston and Miami. Chris talks about the big mental paradigm shift that has led to him being more successful and how you can apply this to your life and business. To many times in business we think only about the benefit of ourselves. Which is normal trait of most humans, but we forget that our income is directionally proportional to the amount of value we provide to the market.

From partying with other real estate investors in Houston to speaking in front of FUBU and Shark Tanks own Daymond John in Miami was one helluva week.

ENZ 108 – How to start investing while working a full time job

In this episode of Escaping The REI Newbie Zone Chris talks about how to get your real estate investing career started part time while still working a full time job. Many people start off in real estate while working a full time job, so this limits their time they have to put into the business. Also starting off typically a lot of people have little to no resources. But this shouldn’t stop you from getting started.

Their are several ways you can still get your business up and going and profiting. For instance joint venturing with other investors. Either bringing buyers to the table (which is fairly simple) or bringing a deal to other investors who have buyers. Joint venturing works great because it takes some of the pressure off of you, and also you’re able to reap the benefits of someone else who’s a little more experienced. You’ll be learning and earning at the same time.

Also you need to properly allocate time to your business. This could be from cutting back hours of watching TV or your favorite show on Netflix. You only need to spend about 1-2 hours a day on your business when starting to get it going. So tune into this episode as Chris goes deep on how to profit in real estate while still working a job full time.
