Chris breaks down his methods of shopping the deals around to cash buyers, other wholesalers, and marketing it online. Chris talks the Do’s and Dont’s of marketing the property. He also talks about two different methods he uses to get his assignment fee from the buyer.  Getting a property under contract is the first battle. But you still have to follow certain steps to ensure you get to that closing table, to pick up your check.
