When it comes down to negotiating and turning the leads into wholesale contracts signed, it’s all about asking the right questions. Most of the time people think that you need a motivated seller who has an asking price the same as you, have a reason to sell upfront in order for you to get the deal. However that’s not the case. Majority of my deals the sellers asking price was much higher than what I wanted to offer. When you know the right questions to ask and what will trigger the seller, you can get them to drop their price much lower.
