Once sellers start to get your marketing, and start to reach out and call, what do you say? I know for some this is very scary, especially if you’ve never closed a deal before. However contrary to belief most homeowners are just as nervous. They’ve bought a home but have never sold one. So in this episode I go ever what questions to ask, to find out if they are indeed a motivated seller and how to transition those leads into more deals and checks for your business.
